Digital Products
We may offer digital products, including online programs, recordings, educational materials, presentations, and other access-based content.
When you purchase a digital product:
• you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use
• you may not copy, record, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, teach from, sublicense, or publish the content without prior written permission
• access is provided through the format, platform, and access period stated on the relevant sales or checkout page at the time of purchase
• package contents may vary by offer; some offers may include live sessions, group support, recordings, or a personal session, as described on the relevant sales page
We may update or improve digital products from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially deprive you of the core purchased access during the stated access period.

Bookings and Appointments
When booking a consultation or other service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Client-requested rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated at booking. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals may be treated as used and non-refundable.
Complimentary consultation calls have no cash value and may be limited, rescheduled, shortened, or declined at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule, refuse, or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary, including due to scheduling conflicts, unavailability, incomplete information, or misuse of the website or services.
If we must reschedule or cancel a paid service, we will offer a reasonable alternative time or, where appropriate, a refund or credit for the affected session.

Payments
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the relevant webpage or at checkout. Where a price is displayed in USD, you will be charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay the applicable fees in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on this website.
We may change prices prospectively at any time.

Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer law or otherwise stated in writing, fees for digital products, online programs, recorded content, downloadable materials, and other access-based products are final and non-refundable once purchase is completed and/or access has been granted.
Fees for completed services or sessions are non-refundable.
For booked services, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be converted into one rescheduled appointment or a credit toward a future service, unless otherwise stated at booking.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and unused complimentary calls are non-refundable and may be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our services or products, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, educational materials, course content, visual frameworks, and method descriptions, is the property of Anna Pataman or her licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
